  • Door: head weldment with sight glass, 8-layer radiation shield (4 Mo + 4 SS), water-cooled flange.
  • Furnace shell: double-wall 304 SS with water jackets, 3-zone ring-type Mo-band heaters, 8-layer cylindrical shield (4 Mo + 4 SS).
  • Gas system: 304 SS piping, valves, pressure sensors.
  • H₂ system: dual SS lines, rotameters, burn-off valve, anti-flashback device, safety valve, auto-igniter.
Electrical & control
  • Cabinet: PLC + 10-inch HMI, C36 Azbil controller, thyristor voltage regulator, transformer, voltage / current meters.
  • Password “123321” required for parameter changes.
  • Alarms: over-temp, low cooling flow, pump overloads, regulator fault, low gas pressure; predictive warning before shut-down.
  • Manual mode: 0–100 % power output available on HMI.

Maintenance & safety
  • Room must be ventilated, free of open flame and flammables; H₂ detector required if air-conditioned.
  • Check water/gas tightness and electrical connections periodically.
  • Keep furnace under vacuum during stand-by; change pump oil regularly.
  • Use 99.99 % pure process gases; do not exceed rated temperature.
